EVERYONE GETS TO PLAY: SONS AND DAUGHTERS (SETH BAZACAS)

ACTS 2
SETH BAZACAS
WELLSPRING CHURCH NYC 10.18.2026

When the Holy Spirit was poured out at Pentecost, Peter declared an extraordinary promise: “Your sons and daughters will prophesy.”
But this wasn't a new idea. From the very beginning, God created men and women to share in his purposes. Throughout Scripture, we see women called, empowered, and entrusted with significant roles in God's unfolding story.
In this message, we trace that story from Genesis through Jesus' ministry, the early Church, and historic movements of spiritual renewal.
What emerges is something far greater than a conversation about who gets to lead. It's an invitation to rediscover the kind of Kingdom Jesus is building—and the kind of Spirit-filled community we're called to become.
Because we don't get to decide whom God calls. But we do get to decide how faithfully we respond.
