Missions at Wellspring

Living out the Gospel

Our mission is rooted in the way that Jesus lived. We serve our city by listening well, meeting real needs, and loving our way through with grace and compassion.

The church is called the Body of Christ, a living expression of Jesus in the world. We act as both a preview of what is to come and God’s agent of renewal as He establishes His kingdom here on earth as it is in heaven. We live this out by welcoming the stranger, clothing the naked, feeding the hungry, visiting the prisoner, noticing the forgotten, cultivating racial reconciliation, and serving the orphan and widow in distress. We desire to live out the good news of Jesus in the world through tangible action and presence.
