24-7 Prayer room

  24-7 Prayer room  This fall we are entering into another week of nonstop prayer. Our community center, Renew Queens, is going to be transformed into a creative and interactive prayer space. We are committing ourselves to pray around the clock, 24 hours per day, for 7 days straight!

We are inviting you to sign up for 1 hour prayer shifts throughout the day and night. You can come alone, or you can bring a friend or a group of friends to pray together. During your selected hours you will go to the prayer space and carry on the chain of unending prayer.

MIDWEEK WORSHIP AND PRAYER

We gather each Wednesday at Renew Queens - in the middle of the week, in the middle of the day - to simply encounter God together. Our first goal is to be a place where the Holy Spirit is welcome. We pray, worship, and enjoy the presence of God. We hope you can join us! The space will be open from 12-1pm, but feel free to come and go according to your own schedule.

Every Sunday before our worship service, we gather in our upper room for a short time of intercession. We pray for our church and community, and specifically cover the service ahead in prayer. This is a special time where we are learning to hear the voice of God for our church family.

Join Our Daily Prayer Rhythm

  Everything we do flows from communion with God in prayer. Choosing to set apart time to pray and be with God gives us a way to anchor and align our hearts with the heart of God. Praying 3 times a day, morning, midday, and evening, ensures that we don’t get too far into any day without reorienting ourselves to His presence.

You are invited to join our Daily Prayer Rhythm, comprised of three daily prayers which may be observed in as short as 30 seconds or as long as an hour. This rhythm of prayer is inspired by the way Jesus prayed, and is modeled after the practices of the early church. This daily rhythm will help keep your heart soft and empower you to walk in step with the Spirit.
